main: get rid of duplicate "extpass" message
$ gocryptfs -init -extpass "echo test" a
Using password provided via -extpass. <<< DUPLICATE
Reading password from extpass program
The gocryptfs filesystem has been created successfully.
You can now mount it using: gocryptfs a MOUNTPOINT
